To get the DVC discount on an Annual Pass, do you have to buy it through MS or can you still purchase it at Guest Relations?

You can purchase it online from the member's site, or you can purchase it at guest relations at any park entrance or even the kiosk in DTD. When you order it from the web-site, you will be sent vouchers which can be turned into the real ticket at the parks prior to your first use. Your first use date is the anniversary date of the pass, and the date it will expire the following year. SO, don't turn your voucher into a pass until you are ready to enter the park for the first time.
