I have an old ticket with 2 days left and my "pluses" left.

I want to purchase an AP for Disney.

Can I use those 2 days and upgrade to an AP? Do I have to get a Premium Pass, b/c I don't really care about the "plus" days. I would rather get an Annual Pass without them.

How much do you think I'll get off an AP? I spent about $300 for 7 days, so do you think $86 (300/7)?

Also, did hotel rates come out yet for May/June yet for AP holders? Anyone know when they will?

Thanks guys - luv your website!

Everything sounds right to me.

You don't have to get a Premium Annual Pass because you've got plusses. You can get a regular Annual Pass.

If you paid $300, then yes, your credit would be ~$86, but the only way to get an accurate figure as to the value of your pass is to have them scan it at Guest Relations before you ask to upgrade.

As far as hotel rates go, I don't believe rates have been released for AP holders. There's a big following on the resorts board, and you'd probably find more reliable info for hotel rates over there.

Have a great trip!

If you turn in your old pass before you use the plus options, you will lose them. Disney doesn't give you any credit for plus options when you turn in an old ticket for a dollar credit.

Also, the amount of the credit depends on where you bought the original ticket. If you bought it from a discount broker (basically anyone except Disney or AAA), you will only get credit for 2/5 of the wholesale price - i.e., the amount the broker originally paid Disney. You might want to ask the CM to tell you how much the credit will be before you decide what to do - might be better to just use up the remaining days or save them for a future trip.

Best wishes -
