How long do I have to wait before I can sponsor people through my AP?

My parents will be buying some in December and I would like to be able to sponsor them.

I was hoping that it wasn't 3 months as anything less than that and I'll be fine. Means I'll earn another year on my AP only two months after buying it

If I were you, knowing you're going to need the current form after 7th November, I'd email Disney just after 7th, and explain you want them to send you the newest version of the sponsor form.

I've never had a normal sponsor form sent to me - I've had to download one every time I've wanted to use one.

We were unable to add new sponsors onto the form which had expired but the CM gave the 2 people we were sponsoring a new form to complete however when we went to renew they wouldnt allow us as we had one person on one form and 2 on another.

Also when we sponsored our son he was with us and we'd forgotten to take the sponsor form with us so we asked for another in the AP bureau and they gave us one there so cap'njack you'll be able to do this if you cant get a new one in time

You might find the new version of the sponsor form to download from the French Disney site, after 7th November.

Experiences with getting your free year on your AP for having 3 sponsored new APs varies - I made sure my sponsor stamps were all on one current-version form. Other AP holders here have reported that they have been able to hand over more than one form, with a total of 3 sponsored APs on, and have got their extension no problems. Still others have been refused, for things like not having the current version, or not having all 3 sponsor stamps on one form etc. In those circumstances, I really would suggest emailing DLRP before you try to get your free extension, and printing off the email replies.

It doesn't make sense if you can't use the old form if it already has sponsors on. I have one sponsor on the form and I'm unlikely to be able to sponsor 2 more people before the new form comes out. Ho hum.
