AP show on the Magic

We are getting ready to go on the Magic for the first time since the refurbishment. Many people have posted that the "show" at Animators Palate is now the "draw" show that is on the Fantasy. However, the trip reports I have seen show the old show of b/w to color.
Any recent Magic sailors out there who can clear this up. It all honesty it doesn't matter to me, but the kids keep asking if it is like the Fantasy.

On the seven night cruises and more there are two shows the black and white and an animation magic show. Where it differs is there is no crush, the Fantasy has crush, not the Magic.

I have done both Animation magic dinners and both the fantasy and magic are the same.

We are on a 5 night. Some people will get AP twice. Thanks for the information. I read that AP was refurbed, but if all we have is the bw to color show, that is the same thing we always had.

On those cruises that not everyone will be in AP twice (less than 7 nights), only the B&W to color show is done. It's only fair.

I've also read that, while it's still a B&W to color show, it's not the same as it used to be.

Thanks. There is so much information that is conflicting. You would think they would do the drawing one on the first night in AP and then the ( IMHO boring) color thing on the other night. that would also be fair
