AP September and October room discounts

Realize pure speculation but anyone hear any rumors or speculation about September room discounts for AP? Looking at historical data they were always offered but prior to this late in July. Looking at room availablility in September there seems to be lots of options. Shocked Disney would rather have open than booked rooms.
