AP Room-Only Release Date for Stays After June 6

Just got off the phone with a CM, he sent a "request" for the room to be adjusted -- not good enought for me, I'm going to call back at 12, this is pretty strange!

WOO HOO!! :woohoo: :rotfl: :goodvibes

We were originally booked at the Beach Club for 5 nights/standard room in June with an AAA rate of $1,923.75. I just called and got the AP rate of $1,485.00!!

Thank you guys for the help! :)

BTW: I called this passholder #: 1-407-560-PASS

Quoting myself so I don't have to re-type the info.

That is the rate I got above for June 25-June 30. The dates on the website don't seem to cover that period but I got a BC standard room for $264.00/night and I saved $438.75 from what I originally booked with a AAA rate. I'm happy!

Also, my ressie says "Standard view (WA)." Anyone know what the (WA) means?

WA is just a code that the resort uses to code room inventory. Each WDW resort has different room codes.

For those of you staying at the BC or BW, check a DVC studio with an AP rate also. For the dates I'll be there it was about $20 per night less to get a studio as opposed to a regular room. :confused3 I will be there for 5 weeknights not weekends - that may make a difference, I guess.

I called about 7.45 this morning and got a very nice CM. She checked and found the new discount and I booked 2 weekend nights in July at Pop for $189 with tax. I've got my email confirmation already. :cool1:

So sorry, but what is a studio?

A Studio is a DVC room that consists of either two queen beds, kitchenette and bath or one queen & sleeper sofa, kitchenette and bath. The 2 beds configuration is at OKW, the others at WL, BC, BWV, AK and Saratoga.

Thank you!

I called again, was told there is no availability at either Port Orleans (I find that hard to believe), the available Mods are CSR & CBR.

The passholder website is still acting wonky, I don't even get CSR OR CBR, just the Deluxes when I punch in Moderates :confused3 .

:headache: ,

I called at 9:30 am and was told to call back in an hour. I called right back. I was originally looking for POP. There were no discounts and the resort was completely booked (my dates are 6/9 -6/15). She looked up ASMovies which had availalability but no AP discount loaded in yet. She advised me to book it at regular rate and then call back later to see if the discounts had been loaded. The deposit would be fully refundable up to 5 days before check in. We started that process when I decided to ask her to check the moderates. The AP discount was available for POR, so I am now booked for 6 nights for around $760 (rack rate would've been $1,271). I am going to still try for POP (not likely I know), but for now I am happy that I least have a place!!

You got PO/R?!? There must be something odd about my dates, I guess ...

Tried to get AKL CL but TA was told that there were no CL rates available for that resort. My TA was able to get the AP rate for AKL SV for June 12-21.
AAA rate was $324nt/ $3280.50 for 9nts
AP rate $244nt/ $2470.50 for 9nts.
I saved $810 over AAA!:woohoo:

I got CSR June 9 for 9 nights annual passholder package with QSDP for $2,110.42...:goodvibes

I will be in Poly end of June. I was still worried that I have to pay the rack rate with dining plan. This morning, I managed to change my booking in Poly from the rack rate to AP rate with dining plan. It saved me close to $500. :dance3: I am now looking for one of those pass-along cards that can save me 10% on AP. Anyone has one to spare? Thanks in advance.:flower3:
