Yes, they do! However, the discounts tend to be announced later than those for the general public because AP offers are a last ditch effort to fill rooms. You can find an historical list of previous discounts (room-only and packages) here:

Just as an FYI, discounts are not offered at every resort, nor every room category. They offer discounts on their excess inventory. Sometimes you have to be flexible with your resort choice or room category within a resort.
