AP room discounts+dining?

Quick question, I was given a quote from cro for ap rate Sept 19-27(2009), cont. tower mk view w/ basic dining for 3500.00, do they always offer dining plan to ap with just a room onlky reservation? I thought that you had to do myw to get a dining plan? Good deal?

I am pretty sure (someone can correct me if I am wrong) that disney only allows one discount. So, you can not use an ap discount and get free dining. You would need to pay rack rates to get it. Currently you also need to get at least one day MYW pass, no room only ressies I believe. Also, never sure if they will offer free dining each year. They have since 2005, but no guarantees for future years or of the exact dates it will be offered. Hope that helps.

Yes...AP holders can pay for the DDP without a new ticket purchase! They started allowing it earlier this year.

Jenny ~ The rack rate for that timeframe is listed as $430/nt x 8 nights = $3440 + tax. It seems like what you were quoted is a pretty good rate because the AP discount on the room pretty much covers the cost of DDP which would run about $640 for two adults.
