AP Renewal ?

Our passes went from 05/07/08 - 05/07/09. I renewed those passes on 05/01/09. Does that mean our passes still run from the 7th to the 7th or are they now from the 1st to the 1st?

When you renew an AP, the expiration anniversary does not change - it remains the same as the date of original activation. Always. Doesn't matter when you renew - a month ahead of time, or a week late.

That said, I would CHECK the date on the pass. Sometimes they get it wrong...
