AP Renewal to Gold Pass

Our APs expired on 8/10 and I'm looking to renew to the new Gold Pass, but I can't find a way to do that on the DVC website. I can see the prices for a renewal to Gold Pass, but when I click on "purchase now" it only gives me the option of buying a new Gold Pass. Any ideas? Is this not possible? I thought I had until 30 days after expiration to renew. Thanks!

I have seen posts saying that the web is not working so well. Sounds like the best way is to call MS.

The same thing kept happening to me when I tried to renew this last June. I called DVC MS and the CM was able to renew our old AP's, changing them to the Gold passes at the renewal rate.

Just curious if you called and found out yet. I am wondering the same thing. I am trying to renew mine online and it will only let me choose DVC Platinum or DVC Platinum Plus APs to renew. I would like to renew our old DVC APs to the Gold pass. I was going to call this week and see if it works.
