I searched but couldn't find it. Hoping someone can help me.

Our APs are set to expire Sept 21. It's my understanding I cannot renew yet. Is it true I have to wait until Aug 21? And, if I renew in August, does my new AP expire August of 2015 or September 2015?

Thanks for any information.

you can renew 30 days prior the expiration date.
i usually receive an email to give me a heads up to renew.
and, i can renew thru the email i am sent.

the new date will begin when your ap expires.

therefore, once you renew after 8/21, it will expire 9/21/15.

And when you go to renew, just CALL. Don't bother trying to figure out the website.

Thanks! Keeping my fingers crossed that renewal rates don't go up before August :-)

I called and they were kind enough to renew my preferred pass when it was 45 days from the renewal date- called beginning of May, Renewal date was 6/21 and they renewed it for me. :)Price was still $159.99 +tax Worth a try

Thanks! I'll give it a shot at day 45 :-)

I am going to second the "just call" advice.

I renewed online two years ago and it was epic fail requiring an hour of arguing with guest services once I got to the park. Calling this last time worked great.

I'm guessing that they knew there wasn't going to be a rate increase within the next 15 days and had no reason not to do an early renew. Try 60 days out and see if they do it, that will tell us if a rate increase is soon.

Okay. I'm at 60 days the 21st of this month. I'll let you know.

i don't know about that.
i tried to renew by phone 45 days out and was denied.
i have April 21st as my renewal date.

i made 2 attempts to renew early but ended up renewing by the email i was sent.

i figured there was an increase this spring but was wrong.
usually see those increases in spring or fall.

hope the op is successful and can renew early!
op, be sure to ask for the renewal discount.

Okay. This is the first time we've had APs. I didn't know there was a discount ;-)
Thanks!

first time you buy the AP, it is at the normal rate.
when you renew the AP, you can get a discounted price.
my renwal rate for the preferred was $170.xx
($159 plua tax)
