AP Renewal question

We have APs that expire at the end of April. How do I renew them...call Disney?

Ours just expired at the end of Jan...sob! Disney sent me an email about three weeks before the expiration date to remind me to renew for the discount. Turns out you have a 30 day grace period AFTER the deadline to renew at discounted rate. No luck, DH (and I use the D part VERY loosly!) said no way, not again. Sigh...

You can also renew right on the passholder website. When you log in it will tell you when you expire and will ask you if you want to renew. We generally do not renew because your start date is the end day of the card you renew. Normally when one of us expires, there is several months before we go again, so we just get new cards. You actually have to do the math and see which way is the best for you. In October I expire on the 20th, but will be there on the 26th, so will renew this time. My husband and I stagger our cards so that one of us ALWAYS has an AP so that we continue to get the Mickey Monitor and the AP email notices on happenings in WDW and discounts.
