AP Renewal Question

Huge thanks, Damo and Bluer, for setting me straight. I'll be sure to call more than 30 days before the expiration and get the renewal as a lump sum payment rather than flexpay.
We went in August while we were at Celebration V, and fell in love with Universal. Taking the kiddo this time (he didn't come to the convention with us) and I know we'll be back again later this year or next so might as well get passes!

Glad to help! The only reason I know this is from previous threads with other people having the exact same question. Any savings is a good savings!

If you use EZPay you never get the reduced rate for renewals. They just continue to charge you the same rate. If you want to stop, you need to inform them. If you want the reduced renewal rate, you have to inform them that you want to stop the EXPayments and then just pay the lump sum renewal rate.

Just FYI, I went through several TMs and eventually got to the supervisor. They all informed me that they no longer allow you to renew at the reduced rate if you're using Flex Pay.

That's what I've been saying. You don't get the reduced renewal rate if you're using Flex Pay. Your monthly payments will go up and it will be the normal rate/12 for each month.
