AP Renewal for minor with MDE account

Trying to renew my 17yo daughter's AP. She has her own MDE account. If I try to renew it online, it says that she cannot because she is under 18. I cannot see her pass under my account to renew it. I tried calling yesterday and spent over 2 hours and talked to 5 people in different departments, none of whom could figure out how to renew it. Any suggestions?

Yes V.I.Passholder support cannot process payments, did not know that minors can't renew, and tried connecting me with 4 other departments, none of whom could do it. I spoke to 3 different people in V.I.Passholder support and none could help. The incompetence was quite shocking to be honest.
