AP renewal discount?

I currently have a SoCal Select AP but I'm considering upgrading to a Signature for the parking. Do I get a discount for upgrading at renewal? Would I get a discount if I simply renewed to another SoCal Select?

No discount for so cal select. $50 discount for signature.
