Can you all give me an idea of what the average AP rates are for the 3 Disney hotels during the month of December?

I am officially starting to plan our 12/05 trip today!

Also, can you book the AP rate BEFORE you actually purchase your AP? And how many rooms can you book at the AP rate with one AP?
