AP Rates

Does anyone know what the AP rates for DVC members is running? I just logged on to DVCMembers to see and the site it directed me to said the discounted rate was $389 for adults but it also listed $389 as the regular price. I thought DVC Members got a discount Thanks for your help!

Dvc members do get a discount. Below are the standard rate rates:

Annual Pass
Provides one year of unlimited admission to the four major parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom), plus free parking. There is no advance purchase discount for Annual Passes.

First time Annual Pass purchase: $520.79 Adult (10+), $460.08 Child (3-9)

Renewal Annual Pass purchase: $478.19 Adult (10+), $422.81 Child (3-9)

Here are the discounts:

Adult Annual Pass (age 10+) save $100.00 plus tax

Child Annual Pass (ages 3-9) save $88.00 plus tax

Adult Annual Pass Renewal (age 10+) save $105.00 plus tax

Child Annual Pass Renewal (ages 3-9) save $93.00 plus tax

That $389 is the discounted price, minus the tax. It says 'discounted price' right above it.

Also, Disney typically raises admission ticket prices in early August. I think it's the first Sunday, but I forget the exact date.

Last year, we knew we wanted APs for December 2009 and Oct 2010 trips. We heard the rumors of the price increase so we purchased our AP voucher just before the deadline. When we visited in December, we traded the voucher for the real AP and activated it that day. I think we saved $10-15 per person. Minor to some, but it was worth it to us.
