AP rates?

I'm sorry I might have missed this but my computer has been out of commission for over a week and I just got it back. Have they announced AP rates for the beginning of Jan. yet? Will there be any what is the word out there?

I am sorry to inform you but the AP discounts have not come out yet. The Mickey Monitoer has also came out yesterday and it did not have any Jan/Feb discounts in it. We are all stunded by this. We have no idea when these discounts will be out.
