AP rates usually announced for mid-November?

I have a June trip booked with a sweet AP rate at BWI. Well, I think I'm going to cancel and rebook in November before everything is gone due to rebooking. Rack rate is insane. When do they usually announce AP rates for that time? I haven't had an AP in years.

Looking back I think fall discounts became available in mid July. All bets feel off this year though :-/
