I Tried Looking On Movusesaver Website To Find Last Years Ap Rates, But Could Not Find It.
I Booked Por For 7/8/06-7/18/06 Aaa Discount Came To 1464.oo (room Only) In Your Experience How Much Less Do You Think It Would Be With An Ap Room Rate?
Just Want To Know If It Is Worth Waiting For, Because I Most Be Back To Disney For A Least Another 1 1/2yrs.
Thank You

Mousesavers only posts the schedule as to when the codes and deals were released, not the amounts. Your stay is during the regular season for the moderate and value resorts. Last year I priced the POFQ, I have written down $89.00 per night, that would be without tax so figure about $98.00 with tax. It maybe higher this year due to price increased, so I would figure maybe $110.00 with tax per night

I think that you could do much better with the ap. I also had the $89 last year at both pofq and por. I think that was even for the prefered room so a reg. was $79! I read someplace that aaa is 10% - 15% and an ap CAN be up to 40%.

I had 89/night last year for FQ but that was during VALUE season. It will be more for regular season.

ETA:
If you want to do the AAA math
20% off values and moderates during value season
15% off deluxe

15% off values and moderates during regular and peak season
10% off deluxe.

I paid $99 per night last July with an AP during regular season. If you guys got a better rate I will be REALLY MAD :furious: because I used a TA and felt that I had lost some control over things as it was. If she overcharged me that will be it. :sad2:

You may not have been overcharged..As I stated that is what I had written down....I did not book I decided on the Allstar Music instead, so my info may be wrong. If you booked at $99.00 then you may be correct. If I was off by $10.00 a night, sorry to get you upset.

Here are the numbers from last year that were posted on Mousesavers:

Annual Passholder code rates for 7/5/05 to 8/27/05:
Value Resorts (All Stars and Pop Century) - $74 standard
Moderate Resorts - $99 standard
Wilderness Lodge - $124 standard, $180 courtyard
Animal Kingdom Lodge - $124 standard, $205 savannah
Contemporary Resort - $169 standard, $270 tower
Boardwalk/Beach Club/Yacht Club - $219 standard, $360 concierge
Polynesian - $229 garden view, $325 lagoon view
Grand Floridian - $274 garden view

We stayed at POR in June for $79 per night....but, it wasn't an AP rate....it was a pin code rate.

Speed :teleport:

Yeah, those pin code rates are GREAT. What I would do for one. This year I am really hoping for WL at $124 for standard view. I knew I had seen that rate before, I guess it was on Mousesavers. It seems that rooms are sold out already, I am really hoping that people are overbooking and then will cancel when they get flights. :goodvibes

THANKS EVERYONE, I GUESS I CAN SAVE ABOUT 15.00 TO 20.00 A DAY 10 DAY STAY ABOUT 200.00
NOT BAD

You wouldn't happen to have the rates for the period before July 4 last year? I checked the mousesavers site but she does not keep the historical prices listed (at least as I could find). I am looking for the prices on the moderates.

TIA :wave2:
