For those who said it wouldnt happen - sorry you were wrong it did !

RPR $159 per night :cool1:

I just changed it to PBH for $199 per night after reading the bad room report on HRH. Youmhave to book this on the Universal Orlando website not on the Loews site, which gave me the old rates.

Still works out cheaper for me with AAA 10/6 to 10/8 PBH . Had been hoping APH would be cheaper but never mind I am happy with the room and rate we have.

Because we have 4 adults staying in one room the savings over 3 nights (Saturday - Monday night) was only 6 dollars total between the APH rate and the AAA rate. For the AAA rate, additional adults rate was $20 per adult per night while the APH rate was $25 per adult per night. I've heard that the AAA rate is a qualifying stay on the Loews First card, so we'll keep our AAA rate.

I love to be wrong when it means that prices have been lowered!

The APH rates were lower for our trip 9/29-10/1 but they are still higher than the AAA rate I got. I think it is because it is the weekend and HHN. The rate for Sunday, 10/1 (day we check out) is $159 which is less than my $183 AAA rate.

My rate of $203 a night (3 adults) for 10/27 to 10/29 is the same. The APH rate seemed to drop a tad, but it is still more than the AAA.

Rates may have dropped but not for weekends. :( AAA is still a better deal for me. You can get this on Loews website as well.

My dates are midweek :bitelip: thats why everyone else must have higher rate. Hope the rates work for others too. It was cutting it close for me - I was about to stay onsite wdw, but couldnt resist the lure of FOTL. It would have killed me to watch others walk on whilst I waited. Plus I now get to stay in a new hotel ! I love my hotels :cloud9: DH cant wonder why - to him its sleep and shower.

This is at HRH

2 night Nov 7 @ 179 = 358 (APH)
2 night Nov 7 @ 233 = 466 (AAA)
Purchase 1 annual pass @ 179 or
Purchase 1 regular 2day/2park @ 85

APH total = $537
AAA total = $551

If I purchase the annual pass, I still save $14 and get all the perks of the APH

Is there any reason I shouldn't do this?

I can't see one :cool1:

Wish AP rates were cheaper than FL rates, oh well.
Tempted to stay one night but don't want to hop between 4 hotels.

You also get a 20% discounts at Citywalk and the 2 parks on food and souveniers with your annual pass card vs a 10% discount with the AAA card.
