As of 7:00 AM Central time there were no AP discounts and the CM said they hadn't been given any information as to if and when there would be discounts. I could tell that I wasn't the first one to ask her that although she was very pleasant and said I should keep calling back to check.

8/2 8:00 am....nothing yet! The Cm was very nice, even joked that he thought he just spoke to me! I guess with all of us asking about AP rates we're starting to sound the same LOL.

He stated that they should definately be out this week. We'll see!

This is crazy......it shouldn't be this hard to book a WDW vacation!! Hopefully they will make up thier minds soon so we can decide whether we want to go or not!

This time we are renting points for a 2 bed villa at OKW from a fellow DISer for 9 of the 14 nights in WDW, so we are not saving as much as normal - 5 nights. I really do think Disney are being hard on the families that base their trip on the AP rates for rooms.

If all else fails and you cant wait any longer for AP rates, try rentng DVC points and go for a studio.
