AP rates in September?

I haven't seen anything about there being AP rates last year in September?
Is there any hope of getting one then? If so, were they good rates or REALLY good rates?

They did have AP rates in September of 04 but they did NOT have them in September of 03. In 03 they were at the height of the "buy 4 package nights, get 3 free" Fairy Tale promotion. That promo attracted enough people that they did not offer AP rates for the month of September.
