AP Rates for June/July 2011

i seem to recall that mid to late august typically (pre WWOHP, didn't follow it last year) had great rate offers that didn't roll out until june/july:confused:. Not sure if it would work with your banking window for points but might want to keep an eye on it.:wizard:

I'll continue to watch. As long as I remember that 31 day cancelling window I can always switch a month before.

Well I just booked another night. I have a AAA rate for two nights that I booked earlier this year. My husband decided that he wanted to stay another night. I wasn't able to get the AAA rate for the additional night and had to make a separte resrevation so I wouldn't lose my AAA rate for the other two nights.

I am debating if I should maybe just stay off site for that additional night, which is prior to our original reservation of two nights. Part of me saying it isn't worth the $300.00 ($269 + tax at RPR standard room). Our first day I am planning on going to US. I plan on arriving at the hotel around 8:00 am after leaving Fort Lauderdale early that morning.

I have an "okay" Military discount for our dates (Water view at RPR -$223/Sat and $209/Sun) but was really hoping for a better Florida Res. rate. Still hoping since I have to have 2 rooms!

Just booked two nights at the Royal Pacific (8/21-8/22) with the annual pass rate. Got a standard water view king for 169 a night. Wanted to stay at the beginning of our trip but they had no discounts before 8/21. It was not listed on the site so I called and they told me the rate.

I just called and talked to someone about an APH rate for June 28 thru 30. She said they were not available yet. She also said that they discontinued FL resident rates until August, but no word on discontinuing the APH rate. We can all still cross our fingers.:thumbsup2

Maybe they have a hold on the summer discounts until they see how booked they are. . .I hope!

The AP and FL rates are the same prices, so I don't think they would have one and not the other.

AP rates are out there but for my dates RPR only has king suites or I can go to PB and get bay view....decisions decisions

ETA: just checked online again and they added water view room for aph rates. YIPPEEE I changed to that and saved 145 dollars.

Thanks. I checked our dates (July 2 - 10) but the only thing available was a water view 2 queen room at RPR for $239. I think I will keep our club level room at $258.

Nothing for me (Aug. 12-14). Looks like an All Disney trip this time.
