Any Idea Of When They Will Be Coming Out???

We need to book a room-only to go along with our package for August.

Nobody knows for when and if they will come out. If you look at Mary Waring's website www.mousesavers.com it shows the historical releases for AP rates. Last year AP rates for June, July, and August came out around the middle of May (May 9th I believe). It was only for DVC and deluxe resorts if I remember correctly.
