AP rates for 3/28-4/3/5?

What are my chances of getting an AP rate for a stay at POR the week after Easter?
We are thinking of going for spring break and want to book airfare, but I'm not going to book airfare if I can't get a good room rate. The more I wait for a code or rate the higher my airfare goes.

Does anyone know about past AP rates during Easter?
If I missed out on discounts maybe we should just plan on the beginning of June, any help?

The CM I talked to today, said he expected the AP rates from Feb 17th (and past to how ever many months they usually are) to show up in the system about Jan 5th. I have no idea how he knows that, but I'm looking for Feb 21st!

Just got my AP rate after 2 calls!!!!!
POR $115.96 including tax~~~~
