AP rates at FW in December?

Thinking ahead (who isn't???) - just wondering if anyone had an AP rate at the cabins this December so I have a ballpark idea of what, if anything, to expect.

We went in Dec from the 9-13th and paid about $756 including taxes for the cabin alone on the AP rate.The AP rate stopped last year on the 21st.
