I'm on hold too!!! But for only about 10 minutes or so now through the DC line.

I had set the alarm to be up before 6am Central Time to call but I stayed up a little too late last night reading the Resorts Board!!!!

On hold for 40 minutes -- the CM answered and I told her I wanted to check AP rates for my stay, and she put me on hold again! Then the voice came on and said, "Thank you for calling the help line. Please hold for just a moment."
Never heard that before!
Hope I am not lost in CRO never-never land!

I called and was on hold 24 minutes to ask about September. Alas, there are no AP discounts for the entire month. The CM said "They just skipped it entirely."

At least I have the AAA discount! Check into that, at least it's something!

I was on hold for 40 minutes before I got through. Got Cornodo Springs for 10/24-26 (after our DVC stay) for $110 per night, including tax. Not as good as the value season rate, but pretty good for regular season, and better than our AAA rate so I'm happy!

I finally got a CM after 45 minutes on hold! I got the Contemporary Tower for $229 per night ($255.33 with tax) for December 7 - 14. This saves me an additional $436 off my AAA discounted ressie.

I got CSR waterview for $99.00 with tax. I wanted to upgrade to WL or AKL. WL was booked and AKL only had Deluxe Savannah veiw for $233.00 with tax. I didn't want to spend that much. Oh well, saved $200.00 on our CSR ressie.

and when CM picked up- no availability at anything for my dates except Coronado Jr Suite at 156. I was looking for AS Movies, or for that matter, would've taken any AS. They must have had VERY few rooms at AS available. Anybody get an AS for 10/10-10/20? CM check the individual days also, and nada.

I just got 1 night at Poly for $227 including taxes. Nothing available at the other deluxe hotels on 10/24. I only needed 1 night before going on a 7 day dis cruise.

I had been holding a AAA rate of $240 at Wilderness lodge for that night that I gave up for the Poly res. Would have preferred to stay at WL for a $150 rate but gotta Love the Poly.
