Her note says there is LIMITED availbility at the moderates due to closing of POFQ.

Now... do I go for July 4th. I had been toying with a short trip that weekend. I could check in on the 2nd or 3rd.... hmm.... the fireworks were so nice last year.

With previous code we had PCLV for $485.03 including tax.

Great News that we have all been waiting for.

I do find it very curious that Polynesian Garden view with discount is less than the rooms at YC/BC/BW.

That has never happened in the past that I can remember. Makes you wonder how they determine the discounts for certain locations.

Gladness!! Woo Hoo!! Just got off the phone with CR for the second time and after 20 min on hold and a transfer to a great cm in cust releations I got the AP rate applied to our upcomming stay at POR (4/30-5/6). It came to 82.50 per night inc tax.
POR here we come!!

We've had this booked w/ the previous code. 3 standard rooms plus an extra adult per night. Old rate=$2339. New AP rate=$1885! Savings=$454!!!!

Hello all,

I just applied the AP rate to my present ressie at Coronado ( 5/19 thru 5/29), and saved a nice $223!!!! The rate went down from $94 to $74 a pop. Almost made up for the cost of the AP in that one ressie.

Now maybe I'll finally buy the Partners watch ( which is $200) at the Magic Kingdom Uptown Jewelers, that I have wanted for the last few years.....

I called to check on the AP rate for YC for my dates. I would have only saved $117 for the week over my rate that I already have with the AXA code. So instead of paying $1787 for the week, I would have paid $1670. The $117 wouldn't have covered the cost of the annual pass for me instead of a Park Hopper Plus and since I don't really know if we'll be returning within the year, I left my reservation as is.

Any idea why the YC/BC AP rates aren't very good?? Is this because they are already close to capacity?? Think chances of switching over to Poly GC are good??

Have AXA rate from 5/22-5/27 @CBR...called to apply AP rate & was told AP rate not available for CBR for those dates. I could have tried another resort, but don't know that I wan't to stay somewhere else! Kathy

Yahoo, no problem with availability at ASSp. Just saved $369 for two rooms for 11 days.

Well, the AP rates weren't all that helpful for me. I couldn't use them for my April 25, 26 and 27th part of my stay, but could for the 28 -May 2nd part. Saved only about $65.00. Looked to see how they would effect my July ressies, but it was the same price I already had with a code. :-(
I was really hoping they would help on the first part of my April trip since I'm paying DC rates ($115. a night) YUCKY!!!! LOL

I'm very happy for the rest of you tho!!!!

Gregg,
You need an AP at checkin to get the rates. However, you do not have to have one to make the reservation. So you can call and see if the rate saves you enough to warrent buying an AP. (You only need one per room!) If you are returning within 12 months and staying more than 8 days total the AP may be more cost effective for your stays anyway. www.wdwig.com has a good section on the cost effectiveness of an AP. (And yes, I have been asked for my AP at checkin!)
