AP rate on a Villa?

Can you get an AP rate on a studio or 1 BR villa at BCV or BWV? I know the FT package included them but has anyone with an AP ever gotten one?

I got one at BCV (studio) last year, but I haven't had any luck since for any of the villas other than OKW. I tend to believe the AP discounts are rare at BWV, BCV & WLV due to the popularity of these resorts in general. But there are generally better and more AP offers/availability at OKW, if you are really wanting a villa. I guess it's just not as popular as the others.
