AP rate for January

I'll be staying at the GF checking in on January 27th. Right now, the AP website isn't letting anyone check dates for dates past December 31st. Does anyone know/have a guess/ when the AP rates will come out?

I was just on the AP site and I could access dates for Jan and Feb. They are higher than in winter value seasons past but that is to be expected since travel is back up in general. I did not book us as I am going to look into discounts at the Swan/Dolphin first.

I just booked the GF lagoon view for $78.04 cheaper per night than rack rate.
