I stayed at Beach Club in January 2001, and got an AP rate of 180 a night for a standard view room. The room I got actually had a view of the Illuminations fireworks, so I guess I got an upgrade 
. Sorry I do not know anything specific about 2002 rates to compare. Well, hope this helps a bit!
