We have a room booked with an AP rate. Do we need to have the actual AP in hand to check in or just show it some time before we check out? We have our vouchers, but would rather check in at the hotel before going to Guest Services at the park to activate the vouchers.

Yes all you need to check in is the vouchers, the resort does have the right to request that you bring back the actual APs to show them, but this is rarely the case.

Thank you! When I booked they said I would need the actual pass, but I was hoping that wasn't true.

I just wanted to say have a great time, have fun and enjoy in your upcoming trip. Looking forward in hearing more from you after you came back.

Have a nice and safe trip coming. :)

Back in October I stayed at ASMU with an AP rate and had not purchased my passes yet. I planned on going to a park and buying them before I checked in. I stopped at the hotel first to see if I could get my parking pass. They let me check in without having my AP or a voucher. THey didn't tell me to bring it back in later either.

I havent been asked for my AP at checkin (or at all) either time I have stayed under AP rates. I did have one at time of check in.

Although I have always had an AP at check in, I have never been asked to show it even when my room was booked under an AP rate.
