OK, I am kind of new to AP rates, just got our first AP last month. I know I can book up to three rooms at the same resort under my AP, but my question is, can I book a room at two different resorts? We are traveling with a family this summer and they have to have two rooms (5 kids) so they are staying at All Stars and we are staying at WL. Can I book thier rooms as well as my own? Anyone ever tried this?

I had trouble doing that. I was told I could not hold 2 reservations at one time at different resorts (even if it was for another person).

I think they will have to have their own AP.

Hi Ratpack,
I used an AP to book rooms for the first time just recently. We have 2 rooms at the WL and I tried to add a third for the Drama Queen's significant other. He ain't quite significant enough to be sharing a room with us:blush:
There were no rooms available at the WL for an AP rate in our time frame so I had to put the lad up at the CBR. I was told ( by my TA ) that I could only use my AP discount at one resort during the same time frame.
Hope that helps and I wish I was gonna be seeing you and yours at the Lodge!

According to allearsnet.com you can book at 2 different resorts. Look under the planning section/ mini-mizing costs. You may have to put all rooms on the same credit card though. Good luck to you

Ratpack,

Does your DW have an AP? Could make ressie in her name for AllStar.::yes::

She would need to be there when other family checked-in, and she would have to be listed as staying there but no addition charge would be incured as they would be allowed four adults with two rooms.

Yes, she does have an AP as well and being there won't be an issue. She can just ride in with them and get them checked in and I can do the WL. Then she can just hop a bus to TTC and then over to WL. I didn't think about that, thanks fellow Nole.

RatPack,

Buses don't go to TTC from resorts..she could take the MK bus then ride the Resort boat to WL... or take the bus to MK ride the Monorail to TTC then catch the bus to WL or take the bus to EPCOT then take the Monorail back to TTC to catch the bus to WL or ride the monorail from EPCOT to TTC change monorail systems ride to MK then take the boat to WL or....:jester:
