AP Questions

I have a couple of questions about special things for AP holders. We have had AP's for several years, and from time to time Disney will hold special events for those with AP's. I haven't heard of any of these lately and was wondering if anyone else has. I know sometimes these things are not widely advertised. I was really hoping for something at MNSSHP, as there was in 2002.

Also for awhile there were Passholder Lounges that you could go into and have a cool comfy place to sit and a have a drink, at AK and EPCOT. Are those all gone? Anyone heard of plans for more? I think there was also a special event at AK not long after it opened.

I knew that if anyone knew, it would be here!

There hasn't been much recently. If I recall correctly, there was a special even for the opening of Mission:Space. And they occasionally offer new pins that only AP holders can buy.
