hi
i have some ?? maybe some of u can help?

Were going to DLRP for our anniversary in oct, trying to decide if its worth getting aps

if i buy AP, our children will not be with us, can i get theres still or a voucher to exchange when they are with us?

how much discount do u get with sponsorship, how much r they withit?
can this be used with the child free?
can i book a room at a APH rate b4 i get my AP??, i had a pretty good rate quote from them. 264 for 2 nights at sequioa lodge.

i read somewhere about getting a 20% discount at shops on day u nominate when u buy an ap? but cant seem to find this again, is this still the case as we intend to do some xmas shopping.

thanks everyone in advance :grouphug:

The 20% discount is now on about all purchases (it's 10% on LE and nothing on books).
I would buy the kids APs when they actually go, otherwise you pay or the time you won't use them.

Sponsorship of an AP gets you 10% discount on the full price of the AP ie Dream AP usually costs 179 euro, with sponsorship its 161 euro. Fantasy AP usually costs 129 euro, with sponsorship its 116 euro.

The 20% off in the shops only applies to Dream AP, as does up to 30% discount on Disney hotels, EMH, and free car parking at any Disney hotel except DLH (no matter where you are staying, onsite or off).

I am intending getting an adult AP with sponsorship, and getting my DD(6) AP free at the same time, on my next trip in October.

This link on disney magic is good for comparing AP advantages -

Hope this helps,

There are 3 different kinds of AP each giving different benefits and each costing different prices.

If you look on DLRP magic site there is a list there of APs and benefits/costs etc.

The best one is the dream pass which of course is the most expensive. With this you get 10% off all food and drinks and 20% off all shopping.
You also get free parking, luggage storage, stroller hire and EMH even if you are staying off site.

I dont think you would be able to get childs APs if they are not with you but you could ask.

It is also difficult to book room only without having AP first. One way round this is to stay off site for the first night, get APs then try to book on site for the other nights whilst you are there but depending when you are going you run the risk you may not get anywhere.

The off site hotels are very nice and we still felt as though we were part of the magic

With sponsorship you get 10% off - look at sponsorship thread for more info
