Silly question as I think I know the answer, but can a family member that lives in Florida purchase the FL Annual pass for the rest of the family, some of which do not live in FL?

i know some things you need to show proof of residencey.

I do not think they can. My parents live in Florida & can only purchase the resident's passes for themselves. They might be able to purchase hoppers at a resident's rate but we have been going with AP's the past few years.

I thought I've heard (but could be totally wrong) that a FL resident can purchase FL rate passes for their grandchildren?

Does anyone out there know if that is the case?

I would assume that the FL resident would have to be accompanying the said grandchild. Any details would be great as this might apply for us.

Thanks!

I was told a few years ago that everyone had to be a FL resident.
