AP question

Right now I have a courtyard view bunk bed room reserved at the WL for our trip with the AP rate. I asked the CM when making my reservation if she could note that I'd be willing to pay for a deluxe room if I could get it at an AP rate at check in if the room was still available. Right now, that room is not available at the rate. She said that she couldn't note that.

So, if when we check in and the room is available, is there any chance that they might let me get it at the AP rate? I'm traveling with my 15 yo daughter and her friend and I think I might need my own space at the end of the day. The room is available with no discount but would cost-with the DDP- $6500 and I don't want to pay that. Thanks!

Highly unlikely. There are only a certain number of rooms available with any particular discount. If you can't get the AP discount now, your chances of getting it on check in is somewhere between slim and none.

Thank-you, that's what I figured so I switched to CSR and now have 2 rooms booked for the same price as I had for the WL room.
