AP Question

This may be a stupid question but I'll ask anyway.

I was reading the travel section of the weekend paper and their was an article about Hong Kong Disney. The article mentioned at HKDL the AP gets you discounts on Food, Merchandise and accommodation. The auther managed to save over $1000 even with the cost of the AP.

I know the WDW AP gets discounts on food but does it get discounts on accommodation? If so are there any blackout periods?

There are discounts on many things.
Accommodations also.
Once you get the AP there is a website for it.
You can then check and see if there are any special offers for Annual Pass owners.
