AP Question (MDE has Non-Expiring Tickets linked)

We have two 8-day Non-Expiring Water Parks and More tickets with no park days left, but 5 "& more" options and 10-day Non-Expiring Water Parks and More tickets that have not been used yet. These are linked to our MDE accounts. We actually are visiting 11-13 park days in the next 365 days and are thinking of buying Annual Passes (Plat with our DVC discount). We'd be buying them at the gate on Saturday. There are FP+ and several of the 'special' FP+ linked to our MDEs currently, booked because we have active linked tickets.

We'd like to be able to use the AP since it makes sense for us this year, and save the 10-day passes for slower years of travel. We don't want to bridge the tickets.

I'm sure this is all perfectly doable, I just want to ensure it is for a smooth transaction where it uses the APs and we don't lose any fastpasses. Our hope is to use the APs from 5-27-17 to 5-27-18 and then use the 10-day and 8-day ticket (for water parks) for the future where we might only go in the park 1-2 days a year for a few years. We did make the 8 day tickets last for 3 years. Anyone do something similar? I know not many of the non-expiring tickets are left out there; I wish I bought more a few years ago they're perfect (usually) for our WDW trips.

Before going into any park-
Go to any Guest Relations and have the tickets that you want to use first, set to the highest PRIORITY in your MDE.

When you are ready to "change tickets," do the same procedure, having the CM set the
tickets that you want to use NEXT at the highest priority.

Thanks Robo. Magic Kingdom is where we plan on buying the APs so afterwards, just in case, ask the same person at Guest Relations to set priority? Good to know. I don't see the point in buying the APs online tonight (we can't use our various Visa Gift cards if we do it online) hence the plan to do it in person.

Where can I get these DVC discounted passes?

Passes can be purchased online by visiting http://dvcmember.com, by calling Member Services or at any Guest Relations location at all Theme and Water Parks and Disney Springs. These tickets will not be available at any Resort Lobby Concierge locations. If purchased via http://dvcmember.com or Member Services, Members will receive an Exchange Certificate Voucher. If purchased on-site at Guest Relations, Members will receive the activated Annual or Premium Annual Pass.

1. That'll work.
2. OK.
