AP Question for Sea World: Animal Encounter Discount

Hi everyone!

We will be visiting Discovery Cove and Sea World for at least 2 days, more than likely 3 in November. We are trying to work out financially if it makes more sense to get an annual pass for Sea World since we will get a discount for Discovery Cove. It looks as though one of our days will fall outside the 14 day access to Sea World. So by the time we factor in the extra Sea World Day and the Discount we would get for Discovery Cove, it more or less pays for the Sea World AP. It also listed 10% off food and merchandise as a benefit. We won't buy that much merchandise but very $ saved counts

It mentioned that AP Holders get a discount on the Animal Encounters? Anyone know what the discount is? I can't find it listed anywhere and obviously I can't get into the AP Section. But we are doing 4 animal encounters so this could be a significant saving.

I have an AP have never looked into the animal encounter but as soon as I get on the computer I can log in and see if I can find out info. Unless another person knows the discount. Same with the discovery cove not sure what that is like either. I do want to try it out just haven't looked recently.

Sorry it took awhile had an appointment yesterday. The animal tours are 10% savings for the AP holders.

That's great, thank you so much! It makes much more sense for us to purchase an AP. Funny how spending an extra $150 saves us more money
