AP Question - Discount on multi-day tickets?

I have an AP, but I need to get a multi-day ticket for my husband. And I see on the Universal website that it's possible to get 15% off the multi-day theme park ticket.

Probably a dumb question, but where can I purchase this ticket? And is it 15% off the $99 immediate use price?

I'm not sure if you can purchase the tickets with the AP discount online. You may have to call or purchase them at the gate. I may be wrong about that though.

The cheapest ticket is still the 7 day pass for $87 from www.universalorlando.com

You can't get any other discounts on it, as it is already discounted.

Both right. I think the AP discount is at the park window and it's only on the "day" tickets...They don't offer the 7 day ticket at the windows...just online Sorry... but damo is correct, 7 day ticket is still the best deal!

But if Universal doesn't offer multi-day theme park tickets at the gate and that is the only place to get the AP discount for them... why do they offer 15% off multi-day theme park tickets as one of the perks of having an AP?

The website says that one-day tickets are 10% off with the AP discount... Maybe I'm missing something here!
