I can’t remember where I posted my original saga of trying to get our annual passes renewed. So I’m posting a new one here. So many folks commiserated with the twisted paths I took and gave not only support but also phone numbers to call.
the short story is that I got THAT phone call that we were eligible for renewal. Layla did all the math, arranged for refunds (yes, I was entitled, had paid for 14 days worth of park hoppers for this summer and fall) and linked the passes to my MDE , always a mystery for me.
very grateful for the kindness and humor we exchanged and to Disney for doing the right thing.
’I must say, that after watching Pete’s analysis of Chapek’s remarks last week and his Chapek’s noting ominous tones re taking care of stockholders etc., I was worried that they might not come through.
