AP prices increased [6/18/2019]

Does anyone believe that there is another increase in cost for APs already in the works, for before the end of 2019??? If they do another increase within the next 6-8 months, or so, I believe that will be the last straw for many who were thinking about renewing or purchasing a pass.

Since 7 day tickets are currently date based, depending on your dates of travel, you may save money.

Found a friend with a Sam’s Club membership and she already had online access!!! Used Ebates for another 1.5% savings. Better deal than the pass I had in my Disney cart from last week waiting for my next paycheck. Why I was even waiting I don’t know as the cc bill isn’t due until next month. For me it worked out better due to finding this thread and the discounts.
I’m all linked and ready for 2021, which I already determined would be my last year of WDW. Not for the prices or crowds but because there is too much change overall.

You can shop immediately online. I didn't go in a store for months after I bought my membership and bought multiple things online in the meantime.

Thanks! I’m thinking about buying 1 and hanging on to it. My ap expires in October but wasn’t wanting to renew as I won’t need it until 2020.

That's exactly what I did. Mine goes in Mar and I didn't want to renew it then so I'm "banking" this one. Never banked a WDW ticket/AP before but I've never had the "float" to do this before anyway so this is the first time for me.

Just curious, what is the cost of the Platinum Pass through Sams?

I'm not a member at the moment, so I can't see what the "Member Price" is.

There is a little bit of a discount, we paid $922.90 total for each Platinum ap.
ETA I see someone answered with that amount already.

After I linked my confirmation, I had to wait an hour before the voucher appear on my MDX.

I'm also hearing rumors of a revamp of the Fastpass+ system that will include a paid tier. ( rumors so far of course )

I finally pulled the trigger. I really don't care for Sams and we have a Costco I prefer, but the price was decent with the promotional offer. Even if I never go to Sams, I still saved quite a bit. Just waiting for my voucher to show up in my email! Thanks for the help.

Crazy. For our family of 6 I have to think of all the places we could go with the money. As much as I love WDW I believe I might be able to fall in love with somewhere else. When I think of the food prices, souvenirs(we have 4 girls that love to shop), and the planning involved in a trip, a cruise is looking better and better!! I still can't believe that I have to pay to park my car when paying $350.00 a night x 2 rooms. When will it end....

I think it is more than a rumor. CL paying for FP was the test.

My pass doesn’t expire until Dec and I wasn’t really ready for the expense, but I’m now the proud owner of an AP voucher from Sams Club! I entered into MDE and am all set when the time comes.
