AP price for one night

We need to find a room for one night before our one week DVC stay in Dec.
Any idea when AP room rates come out? The best quote I got calling Disney was around $275 (for Riverside, I think)
We currently have a room at the airport Hyatt for $300 (taxes inc) but my husband would prefer to get on property the afternoon we arrive. We want to use ME, toting our own luggage.
