For anyone there are they publishing the times?

No - they are random so as not to draw big crowds

It's kinda fun to just happen upon them with no wait! You do have a little warning, like yesterday we were by Splash and as soon as the parade music came on, it gave us a few minutes to get over there. But it was just one float, so took maybe 20-30 seconds to go by!

I think these are very cool and prefer a lot of what they are doing with parades and characters right now.
