I am going to buy an annual pass online before we get to US in March. We arrive on a Tuesday and we are spending the rest of the day at a Disney park and then coming to Royal Pacific that evening to check in.

If we don't get there before 9pm when the park closes so I can pick up my annual pass at guest relations that night....does anyone know what time guest relations opens in the morning? Staying onsite gives us early entry an hour before so I am guessing guest relations will be oipen at that point?

I am stressing out about having to go to guest relations to get this annual pass and imagining long lines. I have been told however, that I have no option but to do that. I can have it ordered and paid for but will still have to go there and have them give it to me.

So anyone know if the lines for guest relations is long early in the day?

If you bring your "receipt" you get when you order online that contains your confirmation code number and the credit card you ordered it with, you can self serve at a kiosk. No waiting, no line. Just did it last week and it was very easy.

Wow...thanks for the info. I didn't know you could do an annual pass at a kiosk.

When we were there in Dec my DSIL took care of picking up her renewed (already paid for on line like you did) annual passes at the guest relations window at the park. We arrived a few minutes early--really no lines--went right to the window and took care of her 3 AP tickets and purchasing our family of 6's park passes in under 10 minutes.

They had her name and info on file in the computer (don't remember if she had her receipt), she showed her id and was pretty much done.

If I remember right the window opened at 7 or 8 a.m. well before early park entry for onsite guests. You can ask for the time it opens for your trip at RPH front desk when you check in--that's what she did.

We left RPH about 30 minutes before early park opening and walked over. We got there, bought the tickets and still had time to wait about 15 minutes in pretty short lines for early entry to the park and WWOHP.

guest services will stay open as long as it takes to handle the guests.

they open in the morning before the park does.

there are two locations for guest services.
inside the park and outside the park.

I was standing in the GR line, wondering what was taking people so long, and I started re-re-reading my printout, and it said right there that I could use the kiosk. I showed DH and we all got over to the kiosk and got the AP quick-quick! It was so easy.

Thanks everyone...I feel better now. I have never had an annual pass so always had our tickets in hand before getting there. I am just getting one this time as we are staying on site for the first time and with the AP hotel discount, it worked out to be slightly cheaper....but will be nice having the AP benefits of food discounts etc.

There are kiosks in the onsite hotels too.

This I didn't know :) Adding to my list of knowledge :lmao: Unfortunately we still have to go to guest services as we no longer have the cc I bought our $99 tickets with.

WHAT??? So I don't have to go earlier to the park to get this? I can just pick it up at the hotel? Are the kiosks by the front desk in every hotel? We are staying at Royal Pacific.

This would make me even happier.

After you check in, keep walking toward the back of the hotel to the concierge. The kiosk is right beside the concierge desk.

I really appreciate the info and the picture....some of you on here seem to know just about everything!! Thanks again! I will definitely do this. Does someone actually work at this thing or is it all done yourself?

The concierge person is behind the desk beside it but you do it yourself. The instructions are there. Make sure you have your number that was given to you when you ordered your AP and have the credit card you paid with. You just insert your credit card and the confirmation number you were given and it will spit them out. No assistance needed.
