AP Pass Question

We're going early December and have purchased AP passes (from Disney Store)for the first time. Staying for 5 nights only. Also plan to return October 2004 for a week or so. Question is--
if I have receipt and they haven't been redeemed, can I return certificates and purchase park hoppers?

I don't believe there are any refunds or exchanges on any ticket media, but your best option would be to call the Disney store and find out.
