AP Parking at Disney Springs

Does anyone know if the annual pass includes free parking at Disney Springs? I am looking, but can't seem to find it

no parking is free all day long to any one you can even park there take a buss to a hotel then take a buss to a park if you wanted to wast an hour+ you could then save your self $20 in parking fees all thought DS dose not open until 10-11 most days

Unless you want to use Valet parking is free to the General Public...
when they began the building of the garages Disney even said they would not charge parking at the Springs as to draw the locals in {however I wouldn't put it past them to eventually at least test a metered parking system like downtown Orlando and Tampa use}
