AP-only dining areas at Burger Digs and Confisco still?

I read that starting in 2020 there were AP-only dining areas introduced at IOA, including the downstairs area of the Jurassic Park Discovery Center and the upstairs balcony at Confisco Grill, and I think an area at Lombard's too. Does anyone know if those areas are still AP-only, or have they reopened the downstairs of the Discovery Center for all guests? My kids just watched Jurassic Park for the first time and they would be bummed to not get to go downstairs at the Discovery Center.

I know the Confisco's Navigator's Club (upstairs) is no longer being done. Not 100% sure about Burger Digs, but I'd assume not with Velocicoaster's exit making people traffic there a lot higher than it used to be.

There is a wall still where you go to various stations and scan your face and hand and it creates a dinosaur that very vaguely looks like you.

I did not see those areas last week. There was an area in the very back that was screened off. The interactive exhibit that was open was the one where Mr. DNA walks you through various stations including ‘extracting’ your DNA to create a new species of dinosaur.
